Every RERA-registered project in Gurugram

Pulled from haryanarera.gov.in/admincontrol/registered_projects/2 and /lapsed_projects/2, both Gurugram bench. Every lapsed project also appears in the registered list, so lapsed is a status overlay rather than a separate set; the register carries 1,071 rows against 1,035 distinct project IDs, and the duplicates are collapsed here.

Registration dates are parsed from the certificate number, so a few superseded 2017–18 entries carry no clean date and sort under Undated. “Registration expired” means the validity date has passed — the project may still be live and awaiting extension, so read it as a flag to check, not a verdict. Developer groups are inferred from the registered legal entity, which is usually an SPV rather than the brand (“Countrywide Promoters” is BPTP); the long tail is grouped by cleaned legal name and will contain splits. “Record” marks a name-matched research record and is checked strictly, so it undercounts rather than over-claims.

Units, cost, acres and due date come from the promoter’s own Form REP-I filing. All 305 projects registered from 2024 onwards have been pulled and parsed; earlier years show dashes because the filings have not been fetched yet, not because they are missing. Extraction is near-complete on the numeric fields (cost, land, FAR, dates ≥96%) and thinner on promoter identity (~85%). One caveat in the source: 21 promoters filed square metres into the land field labelled “Acre”, corrected here at a 500-acre threshold and flagged in the parsed data.
